With constantly upgraded facilities and growing industry needs, we see an opportunity for a sales professional to strengthen our team and expand our client base. 


  • Research, generate high-quality leads, and carefully deal with new inquiries. Build and manage a database of customers and suppliers
  • Support the overall marketing plan in terms of targets, pricing, promotions, etc., following the sales protocol
  • Prepare technical presentations for potential customers explaining the company’s products and services from time to time
  • Make sales reports and regularly update the management
  • End-to-end responsibility ranging from reviewing specifications, defining unit prices and quotes, negotiating contracts, and following up on invoices and shipments
  • Ensure accurate packaging standards, customs declaration, and on-time delivery by liaising with the delivery partners
  • Manage marketing activity, including managing social platforms (LI, FB, YT, etc.), the website, and SEO implementation with vendors 
  • Participate in regular training programs to update knowledge and industry trends
  • Make a yearly calendar and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and community networks to connect with stakeholders and follow-up


  • Ideally, a degree in engineering or business-related disciplines
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience in the engineering field in a manufacturing environment
  • Good business acumen and a technical know-how of precision engineering and custom molds
  • A good networker, able to deal with foreign customers with ease
  • Good English skills, both verbal and written, with business-level fluency
  • A detail-oriented individual paying attention to nitty-gritties
  • Resourceful mind-set and problem solver, and a great team player with a customer-centric attitude
